A builder who would rather write it down than talk you into it.
eRe Construction LLC builds and remodels homes across Katy, Fort Bend County, and the greater Houston area. The company is run by its owner, Scotty Roper, who reads every project scope that comes through the website and is the person who prices it.
The approach is simple and a little old-fashioned. Understand what the homeowner actually wants — even when they do not yet have the words for it. Write the work down, item by item, before anyone talks about money. Check on site what cannot be known from a photograph. And keep the owner on the phone from the first call to the final walkthrough.

A written, itemized scope that you correct comes before any number.
Say what we cannot see
Load-bearing walls, wiring, plumbing, foundations: checked in person, never guessed.
Human approval, always
AI drafts. People decide. No estimate or proposal goes out without a person signing off.

The mailing city is not always the permitting authority. We confirm which is.
