Before you start
Before you start: how this works.
Four short steps. About a minute to read.

What you will get
A written scope of work for your project — the list of what the job involves — that you can download as a PDF and that Scotty reads before he calls you.
- It is not a price. Prices come from Scotty after a real conversation and usually a site visit. Anyone who quotes you a number from photos alone is guessing.
- It takes about five minutes. You can stop and come back.
- You do not need measurements, plans, or a budget. "I'm not sure" is an answer to every technical question.

The five steps
Questions, photos, your details, a quick email check, then your scope.
- Questions — plain language, and each one says why it matters.
- Photos — the more angles the better. For a kitchen: cabinets, the opposite wall, the sink area, the ceiling, the floor, and any wall you want changed.
- Your details — name, mobile, email, and where the property is. We ask before the analysis so your scope is saved to your name.
- Email check — we send a six-digit code. This stops anyone submitting a project in your name.
- Your scope — read it, untick anything wrong, add anything missed, and send it to Scotty.

Your photos and details stay private
Nothing you upload gets a public link, and nothing is published without asking you separately.
- Your photos are stored privately. Staff need a specific permission to open them.
- To draft the scope, your photos and answers — not your name, phone, email, or address — are analysed by an AI assistant.
- You can ask us to delete your project at any time.

Coming back later
You do not need an account.
- Keep the PDF and your reference number (it looks like ERE-7QK4M2).
- To reopen your project on another device, use "Return to my estimate" and enter the email you verified. We send a secure link — no password.
- Or just text or call Scotty at (832) 586-5550 with your reference.
Worth knowing: You can read this again any time from the "See how it works" link on the estimator.
