Privacy
Plain language about what we collect through the estimator, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email address, and the property address if you give it. Your answers to the estimator questions. Any photos, sketches, plans, or documents you upload. We record when you gave permission for us to contact you and to review your files.
Why we ask before analysing
We capture your details and verify your email address before we review your project. That means your scope is attached to a real person we can actually reach, and it stops strangers from submitting projects in your name.
How your photos are handled
Uploaded files are stored privately. They are not published, not indexed by search engines, and have no public web address. Staff can only open them if their role grants that permission, and every view goes through an authorization check.
To draft your scope, project content — your answers and your photos — is sent to an AI provider for analysis. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or street address with it.
Marketing
We never publish your photos, address, project details, or anything identifying your property without asking you separately and recording that you agreed. Agreeing to the estimator is not agreeing to that.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete your project. Call or text (832) 586-5550, or email scotty@ereconstruction.com.
